I have been chubby, then overweight, and have been obese. I have tried about every diet there has been. Life long member of Weight Watchers in late 1970s. I got down to my goal--at that time was 135. But over the years since have gained it all back. When I quit smoking I gained 30 more pounds; up to a whopping 215 lb. Well, it did level off to 191 for yrs., size 18-20. I am now in Herbalife and on their products; lost down to 164. Now I am stuck. I am wearing size 14; but would like to lose down to my previous goal for weight watchers or at least 25 more lbs. My coach with Herbalife, suggested I keep a food diary, and connect with you to see if I am getting enough calories, etc. Hope you can help.
