HI,
I have the very same problem as all of you have--weight--BUT have not seen anyone who has been dieting as long as I have. I am 71 and have been on and off diets of every kind for 61 years. I recently started the South Beach food plan and did lose 9 pounds during phase 1 but feel I should have lost more so am trying to stick to phase 1 for another week. I gain very easily and lose very slowly. Anyone out there with some milage on their old bones??? grandmamj
