its really ok Shannon,,my belly is really working to get back to normal and I lost 3lbs this week because been on liquid diet,,sometimes only apple and water in a day

Really thanks Shannon, this is really seems good to have a diet buddy I mean someone who can help me.. actually I've been depressed when I was in college that was four years ago and it because of bully in college. Been spend my time only at home eating I mean all my life been so down that time and guess what the one who bullied to me is my ex friends, I actually been reducing last year but I'm so weak not to eat few but last month I made a real promise to myself that im going to get back the real me the real grace before but the stronger and healthy person. I'm on a liquid diet -- water a lot, soups with veggies and sometimes I don't eat a day and every hour I do exercise just to reduce a lot. I'm 5'2 in height now but before im 5'3 ..please add me in Skype grace.panes1 thanks for your help and I would really appreciate this Shannon..please ghiemel_1623@yahoo.com .

I came up to many sites but no one wants to be my diet buddy..most of the post are out of date. hope you are in good now god bless

you look so fine in the picture dear,,im jealous on it that you are nearing on your goal,,im still in 176 lbs and I needed to get back on 108lbs the way I was before 49kg. I need you to be my inspiration,,,please help me shannon
