I couldnt find the vegiterian dietso I chose the lemon/veggie. In reality, I am a vegiterian. 4onths in. I had no issuesbecause I read my blood work, my numbers were rediculus. Now, they are with in normal range. So its worlin. Thats sll I care about. Its not a religion to me, im not gonna torment ppl for wearing fur or guilt them for eating steak. Their body, their choicez but the catch is, I fast every other day. I try anyway, im not perfect. And if I get hungry, I break out the veggi flav BETTER THAN BOULLION and make a warm bowl of broth. And I make it odd days off. To make it easy. When friends and fam want to go out to eat I dont make excuses either. And whine like some. I just order it WITH OUT THE MEAT. Ive never once had a waiter say something contryte about it. Why should they? Its not their business! Besides, why sit around worrying what ppl r thinking all the time? Because id bet a bigmac that theyre not thinking AT ALL! I take my generic vitamins because im a working class schmuck. No body by vi, or fancy schmancy slim fast for me, no meetings. Know your body and know your limits, dont push it, be reasonable, and drink that water!
