Grapefruit Juice Diet
after reading about how much weight you can lose, I went and bought some grapefruit juice and it has 22 carbs per 8oz glass. Thats more than you're allowed to have on Atkins, so I'm wondering how you follow Atkins AND drink the grapefruit juice. Also, do you drink three 8oz glasses a day (one w/ every meal) or one glass per day? Thanks for the info.

Is cheating ok?
I have heard from a couple of people (my sister included), that if you hit a plateau, you should eat high carb foods for a day and then go back to Atkins the next day. Are they trying to sabotage me? I can't imagine that they would... but, I don't want to blow all my hard work, either. Has anyone else heard of this?
