I am a mother of 3, daughter 17 and twin boys that are about to be the dreaded 13. I have always struggled with my weight. I have always been able to lose weight but can not seem to keep it off. I recently quit smoking and want to get control over my weight again. I have been going to the gym at least three times a week and walking on the night I don't hit the gym. I want to make this my life long plan not just a diet.

Nutrition Question
Does anyone know what the recommended about of fat, carbs and sugar would be? I've been eating better foods and excercising but it still seems like I'm eating a lot more fat, carbs and sugar than other members. Question
