I just lost this weight in the last four weeks. I believe I have found a miricle. Let me know if you want the secret I have discovered.

i am having a hard time this week. seems everything looks good and always feel like eating even though i'm not hungry. next week i am going to michigan for a month for my sisters wedding and won't see my husband that whole time and i think i am extra emotional about that. I am still doing pretty good about resisting but i'm misersble because i want to give up.i want to get back to having fun with the diet.

finally the scales is moving again. i didn't think i would hit a plateau right in the beginning of the diet but i did. hopefully i will keep losing before i have another plateau to conquer.
