What is too low for your RDI? Feeling tired and caught a cold.
Hello all! I am wondering who else has experienced feeling a little tired and maybe getting a small cold when you dramatically cut your RDI?
I am 32 years old, 6'4", 220 lbs, healthy, exercise 3 x a week. I want to be 195 lbs and have cut my RDI to 2200 calories from over 3000.
When can it be considered too low? I eat healthy and several times a day and am not starving myself. I know that I am a big guy and just don't want to make myself too tired by not eating enough.
