Advice?
I have been following ket o diet for about a month now. Problem is, I am not making progress. My history looks more like maintenance rather than weight loss. If anyone has insight, I would sure like to hear from You. I absolutely love the non judgemental and supportive attitude of the people on this site, thanks to all.

You are doing great! I just joined the group, hoping to find understanding people to share with, and get advice from.
I got a nice surprise yesterday upon taking blood pressure for the first time since starting keto. My numbers have NEVER been this low! I had to stop my morning meds. If course I am keeping a close watch on it, but, WOW! Exciting. That is my new source of motivation. Keep up the good work....

Ketosis
I did a planned 3 day reset. Day 4 was pretty rough, as the ket o flu kicked my butt. It did however drop the numbers, and hopefully broke the plateau.

Ketosis
I am having the same problem. Lowered protein thinking that was the problem. Scale showing no signs of moving. Now wondering if my meds are the culprit. Sigh....
