I would like to know if anybody uses the PACE system by DR. Al Sears. Does it work? Is it telling the truth? Any info or insight that anybody has would be helpful.

My birthday is tomorrow ( cake or no cake )
I had a doctor tell me, to have any kind of treats that I wanted on holidays. I.E. Birthdays and holidays. There are what 12-13 holidays a year plus family birthdays (depending the size of your family). You won't have that many times during the whole year to have cake and ice cream. The rest of the year you stay away from all the treats.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh once in the morning, right after I get up. Then, once at night right before I go to bed. It has taught me how my weight goes up and down during the day.

Foods that make you feel full...
I had an idea that might help some people and answer a question that I have. Please make a list of food that would make you feel full that is good for you low in calories. Any help would be great.
