slim in 6
Hi people, I've finally got motivated 14 months after having my last baby and almost half way through the slim in 6 programme. I am guilty of not dieting as well as I find the minute I restrict myself I eat like a beast!! I have followed theprogramme religiously but find it exhausting, I am told daily on dvd that I will gain more energy am I the only person who needs a nap after????
