I am 27, married, mother of 4 and about 50 lbs overweight. My youngest is 3 months, I am still nursing. I have diastasis recti in my abdomen and a small umbilical hernia. I want to lose the weight for more energy, feeling better, looking best, and preping me before my hernia is repaired. I am not super active (saddness) and I look forward to exercising. Right now I am interested in Pilates and moves to help my diastasis recti. I also like to bike.
