Where do I begin?
Once an extremely fit individual now on a 12 year struggle to lose weight. After a 30 lb weight gain stint in one summer I have yet to recover. Now, 37, I have sought all types of fitness classes but now I understand the motivation must come from within. This lifestyle change has to go on no matter what; herein lies the struggle. But, I am happy to say my mindset is definitely in a great place and I love the way I feel after exercising for the past 5 months!
My goal is to lose 52 pounds this year. I feel great about my consistency with exercising, however, I struggle with not seeing the results I think I should be seeing. This is where the frustration comes in and the binge eating and depression happens. This struggle needs to come to an end. I am looking forward to accomplishing this long set after goal! Thank you in advance to this community for being that accountability partner I desperately need!
