This post is mostly for opinions in what you all think/know/have to offer/venting.

I have been doing some reading. About cardio and lifting weights exercises. I want to know what you all think should be a good workout plan. Lifting weights majority of the time or doing cardio majority of the time. (I would do treadmill only, or run outside for cardio) I read a study that showed weights with cardio together had more weight loss than just cardio alone.

I have been thinking about joining a gym for thee longest time now but I am just too self consious to do it. Plus I do not want to go alone and I do not have anyone to go with.

I know there are weight machines there that I would be able to do but I would not even know where to start. Times like these I wish I was just naturally fit like some people seem to be. Being able to eat everything and anything they please. Maybe I am just overthinking this all but just thought I would get it out there.
