alright! so I am super pumped to see that so many have joined my challenge (more so to myself) I created. feeling the support and hope the motivation stays for the long haul! excited and determined to start making this a lifestyle not so much as a "diet". have lost weight before I can definitely do it again. motivation, dedication, definitely need maintaining once achieved goal or set weight. I don't want to keep losing the same weight over and over again. I have read before "if you're tired of starting over, stop giving up!". working to keep this in mind and determined to make walking for at least 10 minutes per day for now a MUST. increasing in amount and intensity as I am able. let's get moving! p.s. I also have really got to watch what I eat. it is definitely a weakness. I am a work in progress, not halting my growth or should I say "losing weight" for an indefinite period of time again.
