I just had a baby about 3 months ago and I am looking to get back in shape and lose the extra weight that I gained and then some! I am trying to follow Atkins, but my weakness is sweets...I love them so much! It is a huge accomplishment if I go one day without having something sweet. Bread is no big deal though, I don't miss it one bit. Funny how we are all different.
