Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
This is a tricky question. It actually depends on the body. Generally most people are at the strongest during midday. However, not one perosn has the same body type. For instance, I am at my strongest in the morning right after I wake up. But there are instances when I feel just as stong midday. If possible I would try and not workout to late in the evening. This is normally when the body is at its weakest. I also want to say that I 100% agree with @DrEkeOkoro
