Hey everyone!

My name is Sarah. For most of my life I was the "fat kid". I have always hated but never seemed to have the will power to fix it.

I am currently going to college to for a degree in Excercise & Sport Science. I love to coach so thought this would be a great degree for me. However, being almost 200 pounds doesn't look good for someone with a degree with the word excercise in it ;)

My long term goal is to weigh in at 145 pounds. I was in the navy and that is how much I weighed when I got out of bootcamp.
