I struggle every day with my weight. I have always been thin, now I am over 50 and have a desk job. I work full time and go to school in the evenings. I don't drink pop so can't give that up. I exercise daily and try to eat healthy. I have been at the same weight for the past 2 years and want to lose 30 pounds. I feel fat and sluggish. I need help!!

P90X is a good program but it does take dedication. Each segment of the training takes about an hour to complete except the yoga and the kenpo x and those take about 90 min each. I started the program last summer but had to quit when I had to have surgery but I want to strat over and do the program again this year. it is really cold outside now adn my pullup bar is in the garage so I have to wait for warmer weather for do pull ups but the yogaand the other exercises are good pretty much anyplace you have a tv and the room to stretch. The ab ripper x component I love to hate or hate to love. This program really does work tho!! good luck!!
