Before my teenage time I was actually a bit too heavy for my age. My family and I were not so aware of obesity.

When I was a teenager, I started training a lot. Daily 5 km running, push ups, abdominal exercises, hitting and kicking against a sandbag. So by the time I was 16 years in 1979, I was in a good condition and I was muscular.

I have been quite able to sustain, until I started living together in 1986 when I was 23 years. We had great parties with friends, and during those events we consumed the "necessary" alcohol, nicotine and food. After a few years and pounds heavier, we joined a health club and I revealed that this was not really suitable for me, so I started like before to run 5 km every other day. By combining this with eating fruit in the morning, in the afternoon little or nothing and in the evening just dinner, I got back in a very good condition and when I came to Aruba everything was perfectly fine.

However, in Aruba, I found it too hot to keep running and I often became hungry and thirsty. Often, this thirst was satisfied with beer, rum and cola or tonic, and I also smoked cigars. It was a very unhealthy life and so all this has resulted in a weight of 99 kg in the year 2010 plus I had reached a very poor condition.

I always thought it would stay that way because I had grew a little "older". However, through meditation and better eating habits, I have brought back my weight to 10 kg less in a few months. One of the changes in my eating habits was that I have developed a special wrap. I called this wrap: "Fred's Wrapcepy". You can find the wrap at my favorite dishes.

Thank you all! I might want to move to the middle of the healthy part of my BMI, which is between 60 kg and 80 kg = 70kg. In that case I have to change my goal weight to 70kg or 75kg for example! I will think about it...

Almost there!
Joopppeee, today I am only 0,2 kg away from my goal weight and my weight history line went from green to blue Very Happy
