I was concerned how I would do this week because of being sick. At first I did gain when I couldn't eat much or exercise. That is one of the joys of being hypothyroid :(. However, I was able to get back on plan by Thursday. I just started to exercise again yesterday. I did not do well on the exercise portion of the challenge this week because I do not exercise when I have a generalized issue like a cold, flu, etc.

I've been sick for a few days and haven't exercised. I have had a hard time eating much. Today I am getting back on plan and trying to eat more. I will wait to exercise until I'm feeling a bit better.

I'm happy I made it through visiting family and a convention and came back lighter. I also figured out some things that will help me next time.
