Antidepressant weight gain
Talk about your 'Catch 22'! I take medications that make me gain weight, also. Three of them, in fact. 1 for bipolar 1 disorder, 1 for asthma, 1 for pain. The only thing that I have found is to eat smaller meals several times a day (5-6), snack on fresh produce and absolutely necesary (although I hate it) is you HAVE to incerease your activity level. Even if it's just adding 15 minutes to your walk. I am a chronic pain patient as well, so this is VERY hard for me. At the risk of sounding cliche, If I can do it, anyone can.
Best of luck and keep me posted. I would like to know how you are doing.

Nervous stomach
I would make an appointment to see your doctor to rule out gallbladder or Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Both of those cause 'nervous stomach' after a high fat meal. I have had my gallbladder removed as a result of what you are experiencing. I also have IBS. Could it also be that your stomach is shrinking due to lower food intake? That sometimes feels like what you described as well. Anyhow, see your doctor, if you haven't already, and discuss this with them. They should know about what you are doing to lose weight anyhow.
Good luck,

Tilapia!! Haunting me... Help!
Just a quick note on Tilapia. It is a fish very high in Omega 6 fatty acids. That is not the good one. It does increase cholesteral, so if you can work with, say Halibut or other white fish lower in cholesteral and Omega 6, you will be better off. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I am so into learning about the nutritional info of everything that goes into my mouth, that I discovered this tidbit. I hope that it helps you stay healthy and continue to lose that weight!

Is This The Only Weight Loss Website You Use?
Dear kwebs,
I also use sparkpeople. It's a more comprehensive site, but I do like to have access to both sites just in case there is useful information on one that isn't on the other. Good luck.
