I am 29 years old, have a 4 year old daughter and married for 5 years now. My weight after I've given birth to her 4 years ago, was the same as before I got pregnant. Now 4 years later I got on the scale and with a shock came to realise I picked up 7kg! I decided that morning that this is it, no more picking up the kilos, its time to lose and become a hot mommy! I want to be at my goal weight in Dec 65kg!
