performance: losing 0.9 lb a week

Retired and living out in the sticks
2 daughters and 1 son who is addicted to drugs and I haven't seen for about 5 years
I've been overweight all adult life
My oldest daughter had breast cancer and a radical mastectomy and OH was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma last year so life has been stressful. Both are well now. I am determined to lose weight for youngest daughter,s wedding in June 09. I'm not going to be a fat 'mother of the bride'.

UPDATE

Jan 09. About half way there now. Its amazing what a bit of determination, a positive attitude and the help of FS friends will do.
May 09 Woo Hoo Lighter now than I was at 21. Still got another 30 kg to go but I know I'll get there
