Full-time nutrition student with figure competition in my plans for post graduation in two years. As I get into practicums and a busier work schedule I have less time to spend in the gym so it has become necessary to stream line my diet. I have run into some health issues that have made this the bes choice for me as well and I am feeling great all around. A high protein meat based diet was necessary while I was body building but life changes and we roll with the punches. Suprisingly enough I find myself to be slightly lactose intolerant since I started this. I did not intentionally cut dairy out of my diet it just sort of happened, I love greek yogurt but find when I consume it now I bloat and feel discomfort for hours afterwards.

My start weight was actually 138 in the pic as I was preping for a show, just didn't start using the site till I'd already lost 11lbs.
