5 years ago, I quit smoking. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I fought like hell for 2 months until it finally started to get easy. Once I hit 5 months smoke free, I was able to tell myself that I am officially an ex-smoker. During this fight I had cravings of all kinds. Chocolate, coffee, chips, more chocolate, more coffee. And my sponsor had warned me that this might happen and to feed it. Cause all those things are better to have than cigarettes. Well I put on 50lbs but was smoke free. A year ago I decided to do something about it. Now I am down 39lbs, but have more to go. I also decided I wont settle for just being down the weight, I also want to be in shape. So here I am, and this is my journey.
