Change it up. Do some short jogging intervals in your running. Check your diet is too much of the same and you aren't missing any vital nutrients.

What is sulphur dioxide?
Its a preservative, it stops microbial growth. Most people have no problems eating foods with that preservative but a few react badly.

Web site error with regard to weight
I think that it calculates it at 1lb for the day, and therefore 7lbs for the week. You may fluctuate a few pounds from day to day but it would be alarming if you lost 7lbs in a week, every week.
