i've aways had a tummy since puberty onwards.. so since then have been 14lb + overweights have been a uk size 12 us size 10 for years meaning to lose the pounds but not bothered enough to make it happen but now when it creeped closer to 24lbs overweight another dress size up to a 14, i thought things have to change and I dont want to buy another wardrobe!

My friend joined weightwatchers and was the same weight as me 73kg (160lb) and is now 63kg (140lbs) and going lower each week in 3 months.So i decided to do the same basically cutting the crap out or if having it have a bit not the whole lot not to deprive myself and being aware of saturated fat content and calories in and out.

it seems to working but need to do more exercise and get a routine going..good luck guy! we can do it this time! :) here's to a slimmer 2010!
