Hi :)
I've definitely been in your shoes. I'm 5'2 and the heaviest weight I reached was 176. I felt awful because clothes just didn't fit the way I wanted them to and I wasn't able to run or be active for longer periods of time. I got myself all the way down to 143 lbs by following Weight Watchers, but once I quit I gained almost all of my weight back. I'm currently at about 160 and my goal is to get to 145, since that seemed to by my body's happy weight when I was active and eating healthy.

Anyways, I'm here if you need somebody to talk to Smile I definitely feel like I currently need to put the scale away and simply focus on a healthy diet and exercise Smile

Need some motivation
Thanks everyone for the feedback. It definitely helps. I really feel like making the list will help me reach my goals, so whenever I lose focus it will help me get back on track. I think Kingkeld had a better word, because it's not necessarily motivation, but it is focus. Thanks again Smile

Need some motivation
During the month of August I was able to lose 5lbs. I was very happy with these results, but now I feel like I've lost my motivation. Any ideas or inspirational stories to share? Any good healthy recipe ideas, or low calorie snack ideas? I just need something to get me started. Thanks!

weigh Ins
Personally, I like to weigh myself daily in order to see how my weight fluctuates during the week, but I only record my weight once a week. Although, if you don't want to weight yourself daily, you shouldn't have to.

New again & need encouragement/buddies!
I just joined this site a couple of weeks ago. I am also looking for some buddies. Initially started at 176 and got down to 143, using a diet that I found in Glamour magazine. Somehow I lost all motivation for anything and have gained weight and am back up to 165. Currently lost about 4 lbs, so I'm working on getting to 135.
