I have steadily been gaining after early menopause at 42. Parents and sister died from heart disease so I have been trying to move to a vegan diet. Recently with IBS still not well mamaged I have decided to try a gluten free diet. Let me just say it is a challenge to figure out what to eat but I still have no problem getting the calories in. My kids are grown and with 2 grandkids and one on the was and 2 step grandkids I have plenty to keep me busy.
