so it been a few months ,,,wow time to get it back together here. Going on the master cleanse for 12 days before starting Ideal shape ... time to hit the gym 5 times a week and this done. Have a trip to LA later this year and i have to drop at least 80lbs no if and s or buts...

well this is it.... I have finally had my wake up call starting a new journey, I know it will be hard and lonnng but it will be worth it at the end. Staring a very low carb diet for the next 3 months,still debating on lap band surgery??? so puzzled i dnt mind the surgery I just HATE all that lose skin afterwards...
