I'm 56 and work as a civilian for the Navy. Spend lots of time on computer at work and when at home it's time for taking my son to practice or games. Then it's time to watch every sporting event I can on T.V. Was not really watching my diet or exercising. Weight got up to 240lbs. Decided in Mar.11 to get back in the gym and change my eating habits. It's been great so far. I'm now at 222lbs. Coworker told me about this site and new it would help me to keep on track. (Thanks L.G.)Now my wife and son are working out also.Like to get under 200 and feel positive about.I've created an 50 and over group because I believe we are in the minority and share and help each other
