Here we go again. Now 35 and still not where I want to be physically. Since starting a boot camp in May, I feel stronger, and know there is a lot of muscle hiding under all of this fat...time to let it show. I have big events coming up and I really want folks to take notice of how different I look, healthy fit...lean. That's the word I want to describe me -- lean. I will never be skinny and don't really want to. I just want to be comfortable in my own skin.
