i totally used to be a binge eater and when it cost me 15 lbs then i realized i had to stop. so now i'm starting all over, but it really is about appreciating ur body the way it is, no matter what ur size. .

I STOPPED DIETING AND LOST 10 LBS! it took me a really long time to stop associating food with emotions. like a year actually. so it might of taken me a long time to change my ways but once i did change them, it took me so much faster to lose the weight. don't get me wrong, i did exercise but what u eat has just as much of an effect. and yes i'm speaking from experience. so i'm not here to brag about what kind of food u should eat, for that i say, go learn about nutrition and go educate yourself (believe me u will be amazed about what's out there) i'm here on a motivational level for anyone that needs a lil push or an ear for listening.
