I am a 20 something event planner that has been struggling with her weight since graduating high school. In 2004, I lost 60 lbs in a very unhealthy way and ended up gaining it back plus 20 lbs more. Because of the weight gain, I was starting to have health issues and I decided on January 4th, 2011 at 230 lbs. that enough was enough.
I have changed to a low carb lifestyle and am extremely active. Though the weight isn't falling off as quickly as I thought, I am still very proud of myself.
I have the world's most amazing boyfriend (who happens to be a chef!) and the sweetest cavalier king charles spaniel in the world. I live in a beautiful area in the panhandle of Florida and work in the hospitality industry as a hotel conference services manager.
