Hello guys my name is Eric Mathson. I am so excited to begin this journey, and really find myself through this experience. I am hoping to get closer to food and begin a relationship with every food i eat. I'll take pictures with my food every time I eat and post it. I like tacos, pizza, watermelon, burgers. I hate tomatoes, and I'm allergic to fish and kiwi. Some of my favorite dipping sauces are ranch, honey mustard, and ketchup.I don't like pickles on my burgers, but sometimes I'll put relish on my hot dog, depeding on my mood. Some of my favorite snacks are rice crispy, potato chips, and any little debby. I hope to keep updated every day.
