I work in an office,sitting down most of the day.
My work keeps me busy about 40-50 hours a week outside that I struggle to keep a healthy lifestyle. The biggest problem is skipping meals and yes i'm addicted to sugar!!!
My goal is to not give up this time. And with my best friends wedding this summer and my 30th birthday, i'm feeling more determined and likely to succeed. It's time to change!
No more take-out, late night snacks or sweets for me.
Only natural healthy food :-D
