My name is emily. I am 22 years old and have never had the body to wear a bikini. I am tired of being pudgy. I have had problems with binge eating my entire life. I used to weigh 220lbs in high school and i am proud of my progress, but i still feel uncomfortable with the current state of my body. I always diet myself down to 135lbs and then i get complacent and start eating whatever i want again until i am in the mid 150's. i'd like to finally get down to the lower end of the healthy bmi range and finally have a 20 something inch waist. I hate cardio, but i feel like increasing my cardio and endurance will be the only way to reach my goal. I will wear a bikini this summer for the first time and feel comfortable in my own skin :]
