I created a unique diet for myself which includes replacing all of my daily food intake with pills that I make from dried powdered food. I was thinking about how people used to say food would just be a pill and thought why not?

It is somewhat of an experiment but it seems to be going well so far. I find it much easier to not eat at all than to eat little bits all the time.. I know that sounds unhealthy but Im getting the recommended calories for a weight loss diet and since its 100% super foods its probably more nutrients from them than I have ever had from eating. I made sure protein and fiber were above RDI. Calories are at just under 1200.

I came to Fatsecret with it because I'm using the recipe maker to build my recipe and make sure I am getting the right nutrients. I remembered from 10 years ago this site has a great recipe maker that calculates everything and it seems to be the only one I can find like it.

Im planning on staying with the pills alone for a month then switching to a few days a week. I dont see any reason why I cant use it as a sort of permanent lifestyle change, similar to intermittent fasting only easier.

I have had this problem with a couple of different foods. It is really discouraging.

high fiber foods
I'm discouraged that I can't enter more fiber than carbs when adding a new food to the database. There are foods that have more fiber than carbs listed on the label. I concentrate on lots of fiber and this is just annoying to me. Confused

MIRACLE NOODLES??
They are called shirataki noodles, and I can get them at my local Meijer, but the kind with tofu and they are pricey. They have some calories because of the tofu. They were good, I'v been looking for something to substitute for ramen. I think they would be cheaper at the oriental supermarket but I never have time to get there while I'm in the city.
