I am a 30 year old, married mother of 2 girls (5yrs and 8mo). I work part time as a nurses assistant in a nursing home.
I have never had a sedentary lifestyle, but have not done any official "exercize" for many years. My pre child weight was 125 no matter what I did, but I gained a lot after my first and never went back.
I don't want to get into the fast weight loss and gaining cycle, and I am still breastfeeding, so I'm not going to take it to fast.
I would like to use this website to keep me on track for the next few months while I cut my calories and workout to regain my healthy body.
