My name is Emily and I live in the beautiful corn state, Iowa. I am 21 and have been skinny all my life. I'm not necessarily fat right now but I am heavier than my desired weight and you can definitely tell I put on some weight if you saw past pictures and recent pictures. So that is why I am here! haha.

Slim down and tone up!

I do have anxiety so going out by myself to go to the gym or go for a walk/jog is hard for me and I don't want to do it. I always feel like I'm being watched. So I have a few battles I have to conquer ;)
