lost of cleavage
to all the girlies out there... this is really awkward but i lost about 4kg since i started fatsecret.. and the thing is i realised that cleavage shrinks A LOT after weight lost. or is it just me? does anyone else have this problem too? im already pretty flat chested in the first place.. and now its... bad... =( anyone have any ideas? arrggh....

muscular vs thin legs?
wondering if jogging a lot would make ur legs really bulky and muscular? i noticed that my legs are bigger than they used to be.. well its not as flabby.. but the diameter has increased.. =( not something i hoped for.. was aiming for the lean straight type of legs.. and not the bulky kind.. or am i doing things wrong? anyone?

bloating?
ello! =) i find soaking in a hot long bath.. drinking warm tea/milk works quite well.. especially the bloating u get after a super long plane journey..

twilightmom: milo is a cocoa powder (just add water and u get a hot chocolate drink) produced by nestle company <---i think.. @.@ i used to mix in it with my peanut butter in a tub... better not go there.. dangerous grounds. hehe..
