I am a 46 year old male with a history of health issues and weight problems. I have been in very good shape at different points in my life, and always swing back to obese.
I am happily married, and my wife is very supportive with my diet (although she said she loves me just how I am). I work in public health and I don't think I make a good example of health for those I serve. I did low fat dieting for about a year and lost some weight, but then stalled for many months, so now I am doing low carb. I was 317 Lbs at the start of the low fat diet, and 290 at the start of the low carb.
