performance: gaining 0.2 lb a week
I am a 37 year old mother of 3. I have been fighting my weight issues for about 13 years.
I had my first daughter when I was 15, a son 4 years after; and another daughter 4 years later. After my first daughter, I went back to my 115 lbs - but gaining to 130 lbs; after my son I went back to 130 lbs - still not bad - but gained 25 lbs to 155 lbs; after my youngest daughter (who is now 13) I went back to 155 lbs but since I've reached my highest at 220.
It's difficult to see myself in the mirror when I know I've been smaller. I'm not looking to be 115 lbs again but I would like to be a healthy 160 - 170 lbs.
Right now - today - I'm looking forward to getting below the 200 lb mark. My new goal will be developed once I've done that.
I could use some friends to help keep me motivated. I'm not looking for the Food Police but friends who know what I'm going through.
