Hmmmm, what to write... I recently turned 30 and recently quit smoking. Having hit a milestone age in my life I have decided I need to develop a more healthy lifestyle. My goal is to lose 110 pounds in 12-14 months. I have quit drinking soda which contributed to between 300 to 1000 calories every day. I have also began to track what I eat and am planning on having around 2000 calories a day. My goal should be obtainable and be healthy while doing so. I just hope I can learn how to put variety in the things I eat while keeping it healthy.
