Hello
Hi there, I have at least 8 8oz of water every day, and more if I need it. Then I eat about every 2-3 hours, which means I am eating smaller meals. Most of the time I start my morning with a fruit smoothie. I also have just started a weight loss challenge (WLC) that hopefully five me some more insight on losing weight.
