Feel good this week about exercising twice...that is a start!

And I am wearing a pair of jeans today that I have not worn in 2 years!

I am grateful to be able to record all my food to hold me accountable and let me see the "fuel" that I am putting into my body.

We are all worth the time and effort it takes to eat healthy food and to care for our bodies!

My online weight history is a little skewed...weighed 174 on July 14, 163 on August 28, and now 159 on October 5. I weigh only every 6 weeks until I reach my goal of 140.

I am a little disappointed in losing only 4 pounds over the past 6 weeks. Going down IS better than going up though!

I will begin exercise this next 6 weeks to ramp up my metabolism!
