I am a 35 y.o. mother of two boys (14 and 3). I have alwyas been very active and athletic, weighing about 190 when I got pregnant with my son and about 175 in high school at the peak of my activities... I gained 61 pounds since I became pregnant with my son, I developed gestational diabetes during the pregnancy, probably due to my rapid weight gain in the first 3-4 months. But, since then my father passed away and had a really rough breakup... emotionally, eating was one of the only things that made me happy, despite having a pretty good life. So I decided that I am going to be grateful for everything God has given me, and I want to enjoy life again and not succumb to the hereditary traditions of diabetes and heart disease that have claimed so many in my family and be HEALTHY AGAIN!!!! 2010 is the year!!!! Support keeps me motivated so thanks for this website and anybody who offers a kind word!!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

I absolutely need my coffee in the morning, but ik dont drink it hot (prefer it iced), but even the sugar free vanilla one from Mcdonalds boosted up my breakfast intake to 571 calories, yikes! Any suggestions?!?
