I'm a Graphic Designer in good ole Michigan. I joined this a while ago but I did not get to where I wanted, so here I am again with more determination and confidence. I need to be a healthier me, I have nothing to lose (except weight of course). I am not doing any ridiculous diet tricks except counting calories, no snacking, and only water. Also working out everyday.

I wish everyone well in their road to a healthy life.

I got so busy with everything the summer my weight loss got side lined. I lost what I needed for my best friends wedding but lost sight. Now I am excited that I got grounded and want to take the time improve myself again.
