I used to weigh 324 lbs. I had surgery and got down to 160 now back up to 218. Trying to lose my regain and stay in healthy range. I fight sugar cravings constantly and am working on eating better.

Stonewall - if it works for you then go for it! I have also seen some recipes for buttermints that are small, and all natural (aka. real butter!) that are supposed to help with that also. I haven't tried that though so I don't know if it works or not. If you try it and it works let me know!

Awww crap! I just double checked my calorie count on here and an online calculator and it's like 500 less on the online. No wonder I haven't lost anything Sad

What do I order at a Restaurant?
For Mexican - try Ceviche. They will serve it with Chips or tortillas but you don't have to eat those. It's kind of like a cold mexican style shrimp cocktail!
