I don't have a scale at home
Do you have a friend or neighbor with a scale? Friends and family frequently use my scale. Some of them even have scales, they just like to compare and try to make sure theirs is right.

Veggies For Breakfast
Wow - what a great idea! Breakfast salads. I did a google search for "recipe breakfast salad" and the first three ideas look really great. I did not check for carbs yet, but I love these new ideas. Thanks!
