I am 25 years old, 10% bodyfat 5'3 weighing 137, Fitness enthusiast, & a big fan of the ketogenic diet. self educated for 3 years in nutrition, & i know the mainstream Food pyramid is garbage. I also study food & the effects it has on the brain and body & also how the brain works "neurology"
My goal is to reach 8% body fat
A little more about me:
late december 2012 i weighed in at about 170LB, I tried the wholegrain, crap SAD Diet "what they recommend" didn't work out, alway hungry So i gave that up! I founded low-carb And every year i decided to make my low-carbing more intense & onto A ketogenic diet which consists of basically 0 carbs.. YES ZERO, I started shedding weight, i was able to think clearer & my body adapted more and more to the ketogenic diet, The smaller my stomach became, the more memory capacity i obtained. I eat about 100-150g of fat, & the fat you eat ISN'T THE FAT YOU WEAR!, otherwise i would be 20% body fat again & not having a 10% body fat :) my protein ranges from either 80-150g of protein, & about 2000 calories. I fast usually only about 15-18hours daily
